at tidy he played 12inch thumpers and scratched over the whole tune really loudly and it sounded crap, he got boo's and mr tissera who he was playing B2B with didnt look impressed either!!

Don't like it!!!, seen mr halliwell a few times and he's scrached a bit!!!, don't now why alot of people are so took back with it!!!!, to me goin to see a dj who takes u on a journey with the vinyl he plays is alot more interesting than seeing someone who thinks there the nxt scratch master when all there doin is fucking the needles ,and there tunes!!!!!! :D :D :D :D

Scratch sounds good with hardtrance coz hardtrance is hardly taking you on a journey is it????
Mr Halliwell sometimes sounds good when he scratches. After all, that is what made him famous. Without his scratching ability, he would just be a normal dj coz his tune selection is sometimes shite!!!!!!!

do agree, but don't think its an essential!!!, alot of people are so took back by people who can scratch and forget that they can mix!!!!..........halliwell the perfect example!!!, he came on the scene and since then everyone expects him to scratch when they see him!!!, but he's a quality mixer anyway and doesnt need to scratch to impress........some people just think he does!!!!!!!

I had a 30 minute chat with Eddie about this.
After 2 none scratch performances @ Eden & Space I chatted to him after his Space gig & told him people expect him to scratch!!!! When I go to a football match I expect Shearer to SHOOT!! So when I see Edward Scratchhands I expext him to scratch.

The paying punter most of the time wants to see what is expected.

When it's done well, it's very good.

A DJ called Morgan @ Toast in Preston can do it well.

Agreed & accepted my points. He is a good lad who is always up for a bit crack & shouldn't be a hate figure for the 'cool gang' which it looks like he is

He is the 'NEW' Fergie for some people!

Also look, you fucking arse, you have no fucking idea what you're on about. I suggest you shut the fuck up and quit while you're behind, before you make an even bigger tit of yourself:lol:

U must use buzz phrases like 'He cant play trance', 'He cant play hard trance','He cant play techno'&'He cant play hard house' & remember only use 1 phrase per Eddie gig!

Eddie was well on his way before Mardi Gras.

The first time I heard him was in GC over 2 years ago, when he filled in for M.I.K.E. and he scratched. The whole place went fucking mad and this was the last set, brilliant night.

Please don't turn eddie into the new Fergie. Fergie has went in a totally new direction. Eddie just needs to be a little bit more consistent, but is still a God. Can't wait for TT on Sunday now.
