he waged his only personal war against digital, with the majority of people against his views on the club and its owners, but looks like he has been proved right!:argue: :king:

about how it was killing a decent scene, trying to monopolise all the nights under 1 roof and control them, going commercial and generally being pretty rotten.

I meant every word of it mate, like I said its only been the past few months my opinion of the Night at Digital has changed in comparison to years of quality memories, I kinda sound like im speaking as if it's over, I wholeheartedly hope it's not & if you guys can get somewhere like the Carling Academy, WHQ etc... I dare-say the buzz will be back by force.
You's have been the backbone of Clubbing scene up here since it all kicked off & im confident things will work out, they have to.

It sometimes takes drastic measures like this to relies a situation your in or where your going. This is a good move mate, given time & a Venue you's will see it although im not guna tell you how to suck eggs, you's have had the town boxed for years. :)

I have never really got into Shindig at all BUT fairplay to the lads who run it because when other clubs nights in the UK have ended or they can no longer be arsed with the hassle running a weekly event & just want to scoop a shed load of cash at a Arena gig or a Festival they have continued to put a party on every weekend in my city, for that I thank them. They have been going for nearly 16 (SIXTEEN!!!!) years & really are no longer another clubnight in Newcastle, they are a NEWCASTLE INSTUTION!!! KEEP ON, KEEPING ON

I BET PAUL TAYLOR WOULD LOVE YOU GUYS AT THE TALL TREE'S. Could you imagine the convoy of buses leaving the Toon each week. Of couse we would want you back in Newcastle ASAP like!!!!

Wherever Shindig ends up the loyalists will follow.

Like somone said previously it's not just a Newcastle club night, it's a Newcastle institution.

To the Shindig lads - Whatever happens we'll support you. Good luck.

I didn't like those lights if they are what give Digital that blue/red haze on the dancefloor. Would be much better dark. Then lower that DJ booth and I wouldn't mind Digital at all. Lots of improvements with that section between the bar going.
