The thing is it isnt really their fault though? Unfortunately they are just extremely under-educated and actually believe things like that are going to cure aids, which to us is a well known disease there is no cure for.

if there is clear cut evidence that they did it..dna proving so etc, via-able confessions there should be no appeals...

No I don't beleive in death penalty esp not for something like this. Why should they be able to have one thing done and its over? They should be tortured over a long long period of time. Death is too easy and painless.
