Slim fast....

    Hehe...Sarah i know how u feel, but i dont think u have anything 2 worry about...:)
    at the end of the day..i feel sooo bad when i go and try on bikinis for hols, and i know what its like 2 feel shit about ur weight cos i do all the time...
    but everybody is right really...i cut out chocolate and crisps..(yeah completely :eek: ) for about 2 months, and i lost weight..and i could have went on doing it but i was like, eh ive done this for 2 months now i can eat a little bit cant i :angel2: ? & then i feel like i have put most of the weight back on.
    If i excercised at all...cos i dont at all atm, i know i would be much happier about my weight but for me its just finding the time. Leave school 2moro though forever so shud have 10 weeks on my hands to go for loads of early morning jogs :rolleyes: :laugh:
    When u r hungry...try drinking loads cos sometimes people mistake thirst for hunger...:dunce: :D and normally after a while u dont feel hungry cos it wasnt food u needed...
    and aswell u shud just generally try drinking loads of water cos it helps get rid of cellulite and the above..:)

    I have a nice strabery slimmie every morning before work, their lush:p

    It was in the Express the other day sayin that it doesn't really matter when you eat, fat intake at any time is bad, you've simply got to burn off more fat than you take in.

    Female limit - 50 grams
    Male limit - 70 grams

    ill tell you what lost me my love handles (not my tits the rolls of flab) i joined the gym, changed my eating habits to include healthier options other than a chicken tikka flap every night, and i use water balance tablets from boots as i have water retention which slims you down in days.

    im now lush.:lol:

    motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you doing it.

    My tip of the day...which I think I got from Dr Hilary in the "Sunday" magazine that comes with the News of the World....

    Each night before you go to bed, drink a glass of freezing water...like a glass of water that you've put a few ice cubes in and left to melt for a few minutes. This way, instead of your body not metabolising during the night (because you don't need any energy), it does metabolise for warmth, because the freezing cold water has made your body temperature drop.

    It's a simple thing, and obviously not a whole diet, but I think that anyone who reads a book and follows every single step is stupid (ie. Weightwatchers points for everything you eat, do, watch, etc etc)....just choose certain things that you know you could do (ie. drink that water, go for a jog/bike ride each day, etc) and then customise your own diet :up: :D

    Motivation is sooo the key...but unfortunately the lock is sitting there...and my key has sunk to the bottom of a big deep well :)
    I wish i could just be bothered to go to the gym and stuff cos i really really do want 2! :(

    Things to get you motivated:

    Just find someone else who wants to go...or already does go! I never used to go, then me and a mate decided to sign up to a pretty cheap one, and we ended up going about 3 or 4 times a week.

    Go to one where you pay monthly...then you think "Well...if I've paid this much for the month, I'm going to get my moneys worth" :D

    Make targets for yourself. It's what they do at weightwatchers...mark it on your calendar that you want to be whatever weight by whatever date (I'm a poet and I didn't know it :rolleyes: )

    Erm...not much more I can think of. Those three should help though :up:

    aye defo, ive got a multi gym in the house and never use it!!!, been trying to put weight on forever and i carnt to build meself up!!! :( but my jobs canny heavy so its pointless!!! :D

    Thank you. I think that is what i need, somebody who is as serious about it as i am...and the thing about wanting to be a certain weight by a certain time seems like a good idea 2...
    its not really about how much i weigh, its more about what i feel i look like..I think i am going 2 start it...when my exams r over..until then i think i shud be allowed...maybe :wink: :D

    I always keep telling myself Ill do some real exercise and never do! :mad: Plenty of sex thats the best exercise! So IM okay then!

    Thats my advice! :D
