what are we? little children? it's no business of the government what I choose to damage myself with as long as I don't hurt anyone else. If I choose to smoke thats my business not the fucking nanny state. fair enough ban it where other people can't choose wether or not they breathe it in.

    exaclty.

I don't care if people smoke where it's not affecting me. I think that will go for the vast majority of people in support of the ban.

Can you see them enforcing it in the likes of Kiss and The Pig and Whistle though?! "Fuck yiii taaakin tee yii daft cunt a'llll smurke if a leeike man"

That is total shit. It's the opposite of what is happening here. People smoke tabacco now, it is legal, there is no "mystery" about it. If cannabis became illegal people would be curious to try it. Makes sense really.

It's a difficult thing to do and it is being questioned but I still think its good and its a step int he right direction to stop filthy smokers eurgh!

Why should it be down to a profit-driven pub landlord to make such a descision? It's quite obvious that if that was the case then hardly anyone would do it, since people will end up going somewhere where they can smoke.

So a venue owner approach would not work whatsoever, blanket ban is the only way to see it happen.

no. nobody is being stopped from smoking. they just have to do it outside or in non-public places such as their home.....

This benefits of non smokers. I and millions of others do not want to breathe in other peoples filth.

how can anybody argue that it is an attack on personal freedom?
