I didn't say brand new did I you idiot. I said you could get a car for the price you pay for a tv. So yeah, about 1.5k.

This is geekiness at it's best!
It's almost on par with when you wanted to do the loft out with your own money in ya mam n dads house.:p Or when you wanted to put a shower in the cupboard thing in your room.

Why don't you try moving out, that would be a better idea.

Isn't it fairly relative, considering the resolution will be diminished over a bigger screen anyway? (i.e a 26" compared to a 40+" tv)

Thats handy, your tv on a fancy pivot will cost you 6 grand instead of 10.

B & O technology makes the tv better than the manufacturers can actually do themselves cos they've got better technology. All plasma and lcd screens are made by the same company but the technology that works the tv itself is what makes it. If B&O stuff was the same as the rest it wouldn't cost so much more

Have you seen their latest tvs? Much better than any others around atm. The new 65 inch hd is better quality than any others I've ever seen. Wish I had a house big enough for it and the money to buy one

65 inches pointless, cause the resolution will be the same as smaller tvs so the picture quality will be worst, and as i said before you pay for the styling of the product they spend alot moer money on designing it.

Same with designer clothes you pay alot more because the designs are better.

Yeah but the way they're made is of higher quality and the materials used are better.

Much the same as expensive technology, I agree with what you're saying to an extent but some stuff is of much better quality.

They are probably built better! The big mass produced brands will be on a fast moving assembly line whereas the expensive brands tend not to be built this way. It's the same where I work, they can afford to sell a car for £10k because they build that many but a company like TVR have to charge more because they build fewer, but it's all done by hand.

Although B&O are probably built in almost the same way.

Some brands arnt though, but they cost even more than B&O.

    Lmao.

Having viewed both screens I can defintely say that the pircture quality on a v series sony bravia screen is better than almost anything B&O sell.

B&O are more about how the tv looks.. not how it performs imo.

Its a matter of choice.. buy a B&O if ya want.. but I'll be over the moon with a sony v series screen :)
