    I used to chomp on me pen tops, and lean back on me chair. Sure this is a tragedy, but it was an accident, not the pen manufacturers fault. If it was there fault then no-one will ever be able to manufacture anything again thats possible to fit in someones mouth. The parents are just grieving and looking for someone to blame.
