Dunno how u connect to the internet, but using MS Proxy Client can bypass the monitoring tools of most proxies and let u roam scot-free to an extent.. just watch the bandwidth usage.

Those proxies that were mentioned earleir would be extremely useful to me.. any chance you can PM them to me?

i can't b that bad cos i have my bt contract & they pay me a canny bit of money to sit here & do my job!!!

Its not about how good you are its about value for money & profits for shareholders, a good job is pretty low down on the list for keeping people

possibly but they'd get rid of agency before gettin grid of contract holders...takes moree effort & costs more to get rid of those with contracts even if u ain't that good at your job!!!

theres a lad in my team who has technically been awol since june....he has his bt contract & cud walk back in here 2moro & still have his job...well thats if they didn't do him for theft out of the food machine!!!

FACT: THE OVERALL COST OF AGENCY STAFF IS MORE THAN CONTRACT STAFF

THE REAL REASON AGENGY STAFF ARE SO VAULABLE IS THEY ARE NOT CLASSED AS EMPLOYEES OF THAT COMPANY.

EXAMPLE: 10,000 CONTRACT STAFF, MAKE £10,000 FOR THE COMPANY = EACH PERSON IN THAT COMPANY MAKING A £1
2,500 CONTRACT STAFF & 7,500 AGENCY STAFF, MAKE £10,000 = EACH PERSON IN THAT COMPANY MAKING £4

All this info is from a director from BT director who I once asked about agency staff

tbh i don't really care...i have a job atm & in the forseable future unless i do something very stupid then i'll still have it...it's a fucking shit job but it pays the bills etc!!
