The scene is wrecked now though, the feds have busted too many people so the releases coming out are crap. Mainly cams for all films, the only decent thing still going is the Retail and screener dvd scene. All these russian telecines are getting released now as no one else will take the risk other the people of middlesborough knocking out snidey cams.

I went to a preview the other week and on the way in the guy said if you get caught with your phone on you will be ejected. What's he think im gonna do, video it on my phone? Then they had security at the back with the nightvision on checking for people with cameras.

UCI and Odeon Don't as fair as im aware which is a bit shit really. Cineworld/UGC do, was in one in birmingham on the weekend and it's now 10.99 a month down there. It was 10 quid when i lived in sheffield so it might be cheaper up north. Think there's one down in sunderland?

I'll only travel to the metrocentre or newcastle for the cinema like. £10 is very good for a monthly pass like! Costs nearly £6 for one film usually.

Yeah ive noticed that - it seems like all the decent dvds that you would get 18 months ago have all but dried up for new movie releases.

All the big groups have gone due to the unwanted attention from the two big fbi operations. The whole reponsibilty for this in my opinion lies with peer to peer networks, they are soley to blame for whats happened.

They brought film and music piracy to the attention of society, before hand you had to know what you were doing to get releases. Kept it low key which it's not anymore.
