its way way over the top. he enjoyed the notoriety of having big biceps and thats it. he didnt build the rest of his body in proportion.
hes a bit of a nutter like. he enjoyed when he got that infection, operating on it himself in his bathroom and laughing on video. even in retrospect he thought it was a bit of a joke.

The evidence that program presented suggested anyone that has taken steroids will suffer from heart problems in the future.

Also it now explains why all the beefcakes you see have horrible acne all over there shoulders etc.. :sick:

it was infact very little to do with the said man in the title of the program, who is described as having his arms explode.

a lot of professional bodybuilders that don't take them will too...

extra strain on the heart most of the time... poor diet (lacking in fat soluble vitamins & EFA's), and most take vast amounts of supplements which haven't been adequately tested (for long term effects etc)

It was detailing more about how the steroids attack the arteries the minute you start taking them and how this never stops.

Even the self proclaimed UK expert had had a heart attack yet still was in denial.

Which professional bodybuilders dont take steriods?
They did have a 'clean' mr olympia thingy in america, but it was shite and unsucessful as they werent really bodybuilders, just fit, toned looking blokes

What I found weird was the body building contest was just full of blokes (other body builders) admiring each other in small trunks and fake tan.

Definetly something strange about the whole thing.

I hate bodybuilding, and muscley men/women of any form.

We were made this way for a reason, we're not naturally made like that are we?

Dont get me wrong there's nothing nicer than a toned body, but i mean toned...not muscley

it makes me sick that people do this to themselves, i have watched friends lives being destroyed by steroids and i wouldnt wish it on anyone.
