most of these guys have used masses of growth hormones.
the difference beween GH and steroids is that GH makes everything on the human body grow (liver,heart,muscles,cells,bones etc),this can lead to gigantism (jaws of bond fame and big show from wwe) if taken too far.
steroids basically just enhance protien synthesis i.e helping to recover quicker and storing water inside the muscle cells.

when these guys take GH they have to double the intake of anabolics and also food,protien,and other vital vitamins and amino acids including things like thyroxine (thyroid medication) wich is extremely dangerous if taken too long.

so in short jay cutlers head will be larger than most peoples.as will his hands and feet.
