    How has it been now with the ban? I can't actually imagine what it must be like Im going to be traumatised when I come back to full on smoking ban that every1 is used to.

    Aye once people have stopped smoking like the government want they will get much less money from the tax off them, then the doo gooders will complain cos it will be alchol they tax next, wait til its £4 a pint just to keep the NHS going cos its the easiest thing to tax

    alcohol is next in line for a ban. It makes people anti social, causes violence and costs loads of lost days at work. The 'we know better than you' brigade have already got it in their sights. Its where all the binge drinking stories originate. why should decent citizens have to put up with all that bad behaviour? it's all for your own good. That we lie back and take all this crap never ceases to amaze me. Oh I forgot, nobody is interested in politics its all bollox....

    drink is a massive problem with our society but its mad a illion times worse by other underlying issues like people generally being a cunt before theyve even had a sip due to up bringing and social status

    i reall don't think they could/would ban alcohol like...it's nothing like the ban on smoking

    had my first smoke free night out last night....my top smells like roses today :lol:

    As if smokers are just going to stay in the house all the time :lol:

    Keep em smoking. Get their tax. Just make them stand in the rain. It's a win - win situation; i'm sure everyone will agree.
