I spent the best part of me life (25 years) on a private estate up near chapel parkin newcastle , and several other years working in leeds , norfolk, nottingham with stints at UNI.

The bottom line is SPENCE may be important (in his own mind) on this board but in the scheme of things he hardly ripples the waves (cue all the spence lovers having a go)

I saw the foster about 6 months ago in promise and before that at the arena

Most of the nights at the Stoat are more underground focused nights, or should I say less mainstream maybe and the people that go there are there for the music and dont really care what other people look like. It seems its just the pretty people who attend the 'super clubs' have a problem.

Admitly the poeple who frequent upstairs are not my cup of tea and the venue could be better downstairs but it allows us play music that we are into and thats the point.

Influence is my night and this weekend i played at freaky Dancing
and also with Funsize jonney played at northbar (probs more your taste) and we were also offered a Sunday night residency there playing classic house and oldschool so i must be doing something right. I don't think there into charva's there.

If you don't like the venue fair enough but don't make fun of the people down stairs as most were not charva's and are my friends and friends of the other poeple who posted on this thread.

I was one of the few people who took a detox flyer off you when I saw you in the damp outside SSNE @ Ikon. You were at @ Gods event at the arena jumping around as well. My memory works fine.

Ikon was Aug 2001. correct me if I am wrong but thats 4 years ago.

I couldnt have been jumping around at the arena cos I was semi conscious on the floor on me back,

and I met madders once, at the very start of the evening for 1 pic, me him and phil cogan, as did probably 1000's of others.

If you were going to say hi, then unless I am very much mistaken
you would have done at the arena.

The only person I was following around all night was someone who suffers from epilepsy just in case the strobes caused them to have an adverse reaction ...FACT!


PS: I never even met madders at GKGG, but i did meet Andy farley, Paul maddox, tidy boys etc.
