    yeh im with you on that, i was there on monday. was going for some pbs and had 20kg on the bench press, did 3 reps and i was so knackered i had to go home.

    i whent running on Sunday, i lasted about 20 mins and i had to go home. the heat is rediculous. im not complaining though oyu sweat your bollocks off, im going on one tonight, just gonna get my bro to drop me off at the metro centre with no money so i have to run back :lol:

    On the plus side though there are some very lovley ladies walking round with verry little on today :D

    Have to say the worse thing about good weather is it just doesnt happen enough ! :love:

    It's not funny, trust me. Fortunately I have to be in work for 8.30am, so miss the worst of it in the morning at least.

    I have slecetive blindness mate anything over a 14 sized shadow and i dont look up ! :wink:
