yeah i hope everyone thinks alot harder this year!!!, tiesto probably shaded it last year and did deserve it on the trance front as he achieved so much but fingers crossed its van dyk or armin this year!!!
i prefer van dyks style, but i acually think armin puts alot more into his sets these days than pvd does, and i was blown away by armin at global
same here, i think he deserves it more than anybody tbh!!!, his labels knocking out some absolute blinders and he's playin all over aswell as having his very own arena @ dance valley!!! hope he wins it!!! he's the future imo!!!
yeh like i said with pvd ive seen him play similar sets quite a bit now, but with armin its always something differant and he always pulls out all the stops either of these 2 would do it for me on the trance front. as for a top 5 its too hard to say, i like too many styles of music and have favourite djs/acts from all the genres which you cant compare. its about time people realised tiesto is a good dj, but opened their eyes and looked around and stopped following the hype and crowds
He's riding on a wave of his own hype, rather than whether or not he can actually deliver the goods... .... at least PvD and Armin can do the same but at the same time play more or less consistantly great sets. Only being good half the time just aint good enough
well said mate, and imo when hes good, hes only good, ive yet to have tiesto really surprise me, would love to see it because i think hes capeable of playing an amazing set.
