    as a barman in the past i did use to serve those who did say keep the change it dont matter if its ony 50 or even 20 p seein as i used to serve about 6-700 peeps a night it soon mounts up i'll tell you the most i got in one night was 87quid and thats on top off wages trust me even if you only give a bit in a busy bar it'll work in your favour
