Graham, that Hale BOP choon is amazing, first heard it in SPACE in IBiza in 1999 when Java (one of the residents) was playing it at the perfecto night at about 2pm in the afternoon. The place went mental. First bought it on additive. Deserves to be in everyones top 10. Then again maybe not cos its too good!
it was funny as owt when me brother asked JAVA what it was called.,he held the cover up and it took us about an hour to work out what it had said on the front, very difficult in a dark club when been having it since 6am. I think his version had a commet on the front, but I got it in hmv in sept /oct 99, nick warren version remix is good too but I prefer the original in all its splendour. I also like the trommel horse b-side tune too. at least I think thats what its called. if that hal bop tune had just been realeased a lot of the "alternative crew"would be calling it mushroom electro tek.
mines got the comet on, not 100% which label it is. hale bopp's actually the b-side, that other tune (im not sure of name either!!) is the a-side. it does kick arse tho
