    reading and looking out the window can make you queasy when travelling... staying cool or having a window open helps, as does having a drink and sometimes suckable sweets.

    im usually ill in the back of cars, especially on hot days.

    yeah tired and dizzy and like sick too...Basically just like travel sickness. The tiredness and dizzyness are the worst though :(

    you need something stodgey and a fizzy drink. They usually settle my stomach, bubbles really help me if i feel sick!

    maybe try having a toastie or something??

    Ive just realised Ive only had half a sandwich today and a packet of discos since 9am...I think it most likely is linked to that :oops:

    I shouted downstairs for my dad to make me some tuna pasta the minute he walked through the door...I put loads of salt on pasta :)

    I usually eat loads n loads this week Ive just not at all though after a heavy weekend I still can't properly eat! Im going to start stuffing my face :oops:

    lol, i got into this bug last year. Had a couple of highlights put in then eventually went stupidly blonde didn't suit me i now realise though at the time i thought it did!!

    it wasn't so bad just gone back to the dark ways now
