wishy washy daft ideas for north tyneside - they want to make the bins pretty colours to make them more appealing* - you know, the real important issues

    * i could have made that up as it's possible i may have forgotten what they were actually telling me - but only cause they were equally daft

For those not voting because they don't agree with anyone standing - ever thought of lobbying them to raise issues that you are concerned about?

ah.... North Tyneside. When I lived there I thought they were the most stupid wasteful corrupt and unresponsive council I have ever known. And labour as well. Are they liberal now ?
well they can't be any worse than the labour lot. they had been in power for ever and couldn't give a toss about the dimbos who kept on voting them back in.

for what its worth and all that, i dont think it would be such a bad thing if labour lost the election to a hung parliament of liberal - conservative coallition at next election, it would mean labour would probbaly make david milliband the leader and he would landslide the next general election after that

to be fair blair should have handed over to brown in the 2nnd term of office , would have had a better chance of establishing his legacy

    I think it's Blair's legacy that's the problem.

labour again for sunny south shields - although our ward has changed to the independant party, dont think that will make ANY difference like, am sure at the next local's the result will shift massively.
