    isnt ephedrine illegal?! i've been trying to get a hold of some but its a bit like whizz in a sense. loads of fatties having heart attacks while on that stack like, leading to its ban. thanks for the link, might try it next month!

    and it's a tad expensive, might try and score some dodgey ones later this week for cheap :lol:

    It all depends on your natural body weight, some ppl can pump loads of weights and never get any bigger, the best way to build weight through weight lifting is to have a high carbohydrate diet. pump iron all day. if you want a natural tone tho best training is boxersize. I've heard if you want to do the crabohydrate diet is too starve yourself of carbs for about three days befoire you go to the gym then afterwards munch loads this strenthens your tissue hense ya muscles ... before hand you were starving them then gym which is good when you replenish them with pasta n potatoes n such ?

    My stomach is fat now :oops: :lol: i've got old ... i havent been to the gym in ages ... i tryed boxersize ... you need lots of mental stamina .... hiting weight boxersize is the boy. wear something round ya wrists tho

    if you want to build your shoulders press up are the only thing every morning and night ... then is best becuase your more tired and so you put more effort in to it so it does more for you.

    It's not illegal, but you can't buy it in shops here. You only need 2 a day tops and you get 120 in the bottle

    To trance_fan and anyone who knows:

    Got sum ephy's! and on the stack now - however whats the recommended Fasted cardio routine for this Stack?

    i've floated around forums and its normally about 30 minutes but i can't really get to grips with it all.

    and its way more than 2 as well; 25-50mg epherdine, 250mg caffine, 80-200mg of Aspirin. and top end thats about 10 tablets (if your using pro plus) 3-4 times a day!

    managed to get some off a "friend of a friend" dead cheap (20 quid for about 300) and caffeine is dirt cheap as is aspirin... so fuck all the 40 quid tubs that last a second :D

    feeling wired and its fuckin droppin off tho, however i can imagine if you arent doing cardio on this stuff you'll fuck up your heart like! :lol:

    but ai any info on fasted cardio would be nice, bearing in mind i'm doing about half an hour running on asphalt, varied distance about 2-3 times a week.

    I deleted it by accident as it was still in my received folder when i cleaned it out.:(

    Some good info there like.

    My gym sessions are slowly getting shorter every week, I have zero motivation for some reason.

    Cant you just go to the gym without taking all those supplements?

    You're set for a heart attack if you keep doing 10 cowies at the weekend and then tanking yourself up on all that garbage during the week.

    heh rights mate, i had a right funny turn last night at work.

    and i dont get cowied on 10 hardly ever, it was my birthday and that was my excuse. i normally only ever take them once every month/2 months on maximum 7 at a push (or for free), i'm not that stupid.

    and i can go to the gym without those supplements, but this is alot quicker and easier, cheating almost. but if it's worked its worked, so why diss it!

    i'm off the eph stack now like after being on for a week - being high as a kite for all waking hours wasnt that great, and made everyone i worked with a little cautious round my while i was serving pints through the day and then bounding off singin the lyrics to "a sound of music" - considerin am a right bossy bastard normally.

    HOWEVER since last monday i lost 5 and a half pound on the fuckers so i'll leave it at that....for this week anyway.

    LOL anyone tried Testostrone, my kid (not gav) got a bucket of six capsules shipped over from USA. He said it was much more effective than creatine for energy for that one extra rep. Plus its promotes muscles growth. the downside is the mood swings though.

    As for the boxersize training that just sounds like glycogen loadin to me, where the body is deprived of glucose and so goes into survival mode then as glucose is suddenly pilled in days later the insulin levels go sky high so a huge amount is converted and is stored as glycogen incase of another sudden shortage of glucose. This huge amount of stored enegy can be converted back as glucose for energy during exercise.

    Apart from giving more energy for endurance and keepin you goin longer for instance in a boxing match or a marathon i cannot see the gain of this is increasing muscle mass or decreasing body fat. Creatine would be the most useful as this is used in anerobic respiration in the form of phosphocreatine as it supplies a phophorus to make ATP and so that extra energy is provide to squeeze out 1 more rep and make you go that little bit further.

    Also I am fairly sure Glutamine is to prevent catabolism (breaking down of protein)

    What the hell is a 'bench'? A persons daily workout consists of a set number of reps determined by their chosen workout routine. Is 'I bench 100' a stat based on one max rep or what?

    I personally don't do much exercise at all but when I do, I do 15 reps of 40, some curls, a couple more that I forget the exact name of then 12 more benches, the same, then as many as I can for the last set. I get a bit oF cardio in too but like I say, I don't do much exercise atm. If I had ANY mates that were into getting fit I'd be off, but I simply don't have the stamina to get fit on my own :(

    that was like me, but since i started the gym i've got to know every fucker there ha ha!

    i dont "bench" with barbells, i use dumbells. 85k, 3 x 8-10 reps. but that means nowt, because i can shrug 195k easily.

    i can hold onto and grip 175 downwards but any higher than that i use wraps, i'm constantly using a grip squeezer that resists at 20lb's so thats given me the advantage.
