    Would never touch roids they fuck you up later in life too plus I dont want big muscles I just want to be bigger, more mass

    actually im not too bad, i am going for the 'arnie' look like but if i lost about 4 stone id be nice n toned - at the min i look like a bigg market bouncer :lol:

    even marc said i wouldnt look out of place in the wwe :eek: :lol: :samurai:

    steroids put way too much strain on your heart because your body can't take all the water its producing and the growth speed of your body.

    we're 90% water and take more in daily from food etc :) - gotta go somewhere

    yes i know but not at the same rate as if you were taking steroids, my dad was a body builder when he was younger, during the time he was doing shows 2 of his good mates turned ill through them, one had a heart attack on stage and died, and the other recently had a stroke due to them.

    i go to the gym every day, and working a different muscle each time. legs monday, back tuesday, chest wedensday, shoulders
    thursday tit bits on a friday, 300 sit ups every other 2 days cardio every day also this inclueds 2 mile run, 1000 meters rowing machine. have saturday off then sunday's more cardio. to look like a big beef neck with no defenition looks horrible but a body say for instance dwain chambers linford christie in other words athletic looks fine. not there yet like but getting there :D

    firstly steroids, these are good if you don't abuse them to put on size. you get people who are on them for 3 and 4 months at a time which is just stupid a 6 to 8 week course is sufficient enough
    because after this time your recipitator glands are full and there is very little or no gains after this time. it's like a carpark full of cars with no spaces and cars going in to find one but being turned away because it's full. if you do take steroids use week ones which give very little if not no liver dammage deca durabolin this is one of the weakest forms of steroid to say somthing like sustanon, or use winstrol this is very weak also but strips you right down to give you more defenition

    creatine is good also. liver dammage is non existant if you drink pleanty of water whilst using it say 8 pints a day, this helps flush the liver and works the creatine to the muscles more efective. read the tubs though i think it's stack up for the first week 5 glasses a day, then 2 glasses a day for stamina 3 glasses a day for muscle build up after your first week use 2 months after your first week then come of it a month to let the liver be flushed with pleanty of water and you should be sound.

    protien helps put on some weight but it's main job is to help the muscles repair quicker i drink a protien for brekie then one an hour before trainning the 2 more protien drinks after that.

    best thing for you mate would be creatine and protien and try and eat small portions but more regulary throughout the day

    can i say also that most athleats use steroids there was a debate on talk sport the other day cyclists (tour de france)
    swimmers, runners, rowers boxers all use steroids people can do it for years and not be caught linford christie is a prime example
    ben johnson also said his steroid use was actuall part of an 8 year plan to help him win the 100 meters :eek:

    its cheating yourself though mate, its far better for you just to go to the gym, work out and get to where you want to naturally :)

    Cheers for that matey I think i'll start off on the protein drinks and work from there, like ive said I dont want to be all big muscles I just want to be bigger in mass.....dwain chambers and linford christie look to be thin with muscle which is what I dont want. Basically I just want to put some weight on my upper body aswell as toning my arms, chest and also working on my legs to make them bigger too.

    I have no desire to have any muscles popping out anywhere cause I dont like it.

    i know people who've trained for a life time they still look good but it takes years for them to do so long as you don't abuse what you doing it's not bad in my eyes

    if your wanting to be 'healthy' then the best thing to do is train, eat healthy etc, maybe if you want to look good over a shorter period of time take steroids, but they are in no way good for you :)

    i think exactly the same it looks fucking disgusting especialy on woman and men look just as bad looking like that that's exactly what i don't want to look like MOI of this board had a pic of a bloke in her sig don't know's if you can remember it but he had a cannny strip but did'nt look stupid:wink:
