theres absolutely nowt to be gained by moping about. you cannot live your life being perma- depressed. you have to think is this how you wanna live your life.

honestly get yourself out and about with your mates. being alone when your upset is the worst thing you can do.

Simple solution to it all is for him to speak to me and explain to me what I need to know in order for me to get better. If my ex who had it worse off than Mark can do it then so can he.
