It was good when it came out but "All time classic" I think not. There are so many other good tunes from the same era that wipe the floor with this........

If you want the best trance tune ever it would be:-TIESTO ADAIGO FOR STRINGS yeah 2003 i think best tune of 90s cafe del mar "most popular" Try this:- tiesto home mixed with flight 643 then mix it with dilema silence "tiesto's version" then mix it with suburbian train. then you have a good set "might be the other way round but the beats are the same on the records!
