    yes... it does promote muscle fibre growth by aiding repair, but alot of the increase in size is due to the hydrophillic nature of the increased amount of creatine in the muscle tissue :)

    i like how the fa are thinking about banning it...

    so tell me, how do you ban a naturally occuring substance, esp where the amount in the body can vary as much as creatine can?

    it cannot realistically be done, but the fa still insist on spending a load of monoy looking into it. stupid in my opinion when so many clubs are in financial difficulties.

    i cant see the benefit for footbal players, as i thought they'd be going more for endurance, which i didnt think was a benefit of creatine... i know alot of rugby players who use creatine for extra strength..
