    i don't do any exercise, but i pretty much walk round morrisons for the whole 9 hours i'm there everyday, so i probably walk around 20 miles a day, which isnt bad really

    Had a long layoff due to a bad shoulder injury
    Am starting to put on the flab :(

    Never do any cardio like, only if i'm gonna compete again, but i doubt that, then its 2 x 30/40 mins a day. I normally just stick to a diet

    i wana continue with my progress in the gym too, started again on the 1st october and been training 5 times a week since!

    All weights mind, although i may start doing 30 mins cardio a week....want to be fairly ripped by summer, which should be achievable if i keep going the way I am.

    Benching 70 now :D

    bear in mind that good diet is actually the key and is the main thing to get right.

    Move out of my mam's - preferably into a place I've bought but renting would probably do.

    Learn to drive.

    Pass my exams and progress at work.

    Hopefully have a nice holiday or two, or at least plenty of weekends away.

    finish uni or quit, either way i couldnt give a toss
    stay with my girlfriend
