but why be subject to horrendous conditions when they can have decent life? Specially seeing as we cause a shit load of the problems.

The israel/paelstine problem is a british created problem as any text book will tell you. But it is fueled no end by western politics and big business - my age is fucking irrelivant as well you know it... not an offensive comment just a stupid one :p

America's riches are built on the sweat, blood and depression of weaker nations... america and england may be 2 countries but the consequences of their riches stretches across the earth. We feed off other nations hardships.

Do you deny this commonly known fact?

We interefere with foreign policy for fucks sake in the current situation we're going against the UN - its the UN's job not our - america is an international bully (not a very good one either, they lose most their wars)

missed tyhat bit

its ignorance like this which results in parties like the bnp getting into power

If they weren't imigrants the terrorists would take holidays, target british citizens as recruits, etc. One of my favourate quotes of all time is "locks were made to keep honest people out" - imigration laws wont keep terrorists determined on "blowing up our country".

Terrorists will always find a way... terrorism is a war we can't win without negotiation.

I don't agree with a lot of muslim poicy but it isn't my jobto interfere as much as I disagree with it - itsn't my job to invade a country and change their culture... that is called opprosion... the very thing we're blaming saddam of.

Causes like Amnesty International have been campeign against some of the muslim regimes foryears and they have my full support... but america and its allies haven't battered an eye lid, the reason we invaded afghanistan had fuck all to do with the taliban regime being inhumaine it had everything to do with oil... anyone who believes otherwise is living in a fantasy.

I don't deny the fact I'm anti american... I'm kind of a hypocrit I love my capitalist lifestyle and I'm a huge fan of generating your own riches etc. But I'm extremely anti-global capitalism.

If its a bank loan then it isn't financial aid and we're not doing them a favour. Charities provide aid in my eyes...

America is a great place to live if your a middle class white person, however statistics prove it isn't so great if your not so lucky (a hispanic living in the projects will dispute the american dream and america being the land of the free... it is still a country entwined in discrimination and prejudice.

On the iraq issue, the UN who's job it is to solve this crisis disagree with american policy. If they gave the go ahead an invasion would have my full support.

The bush administration has huge ties with the oil and energy industry - it came to power because of this money and bush made a lot of big money promises, its why we're weeing the rich mens tax cuts the kyoto treaty, etc. He's made promises and he has to back them up.

Iraq holds about 11% of worlds oil reserves, US Canada and Mexico combined is only 5.4%... The united arab emirates, kuwait and iraq would account for 30% of the worlds oil supplies... The pressure on bush from his backers is tremendous - if they were to gain control of the middle east by invading iraq the economic rewards for them are amazing.

This isn't a case of the US invading iraq because of weapons... This is what the UN are their for and they disagree with US policy... The US and its little lap dog are chasing the dollar.

This is all about oil with very little to do with stoning women or weapons of mad destruction - these are propoganda fronts (of course they have elements of truths to them) used to gain public support.

This is my thoughts anyways :D

Well heres my two pence worth...

livin in london, i guess i see more "asylum seekers" than most.. and TBH, i think its gettin really bad... What was it i read in papers (yes despite what u think i can read:p) that eastern european mothers who go out beggin with babies (for sympathy) may be drugging the baby, so its always asleep, u never hear the baby cry...

I was workin in a shop in London for a few years, and we had a water cooler in the shop just by the entrance... a customer was talkin to one of the staff by the water cooler, when what i can only guess was a asylum seeker, pushed the customer out the way, and filled up about 6 cups with water before walkin back out again...

im not racist in any way, but i think our quality of life is slowly gettin degraded by this.
