When is promise at its best?

The one trance nite i was lukin foward to was the classics nite however with news that Big Cox will be on at Shindig the following nite i had to make a decision and cox won. sorry

U have 2 have some nice trance aswell! Similar sound 2 Crasher methinks.

However, I do think Richie is doing fine with his dirty, driving prog warm-up. I just dont think it should be a peak time sound 4 the club.

I like promise for its variety. How good is the birthday party gonna be - richard & corvin's wet, hard, driving prog, matt's trance and mauro's techno all in the same night. I think having diversity within their music policy has made promise what it is.

A diverse music policy also attracts a nice crowd - people who are open minded about music and in my opinion opened minded peeps are generally the nicest!

I actually don't like getting into these discussions coz I don't know half as much as the rest of you about music but I do know what I like and I like promise a lot!!

i voted for pure trance because it's my favourite kind of music, think it suits promise really well too.

But i do like promise for it's variety i like corvin dalek, picotto and a bit of prog to warm up as well.

But i deffo think promise is at its best with a pumping trance set from the main man Matt Hardwick!!!!!!!!!!!

man what a choice, I little while ago I would have just sed pure trance/hard trance but I'm now getting right into prog, specially the dirty stuff (but not all night long, before I start another fight), but there's no better way way to kick a night off I reckon than dirt prog.... you wouldnt wanna walk into a club and get summik like Airwave or DFF at half ten at night would you?

I love pure uplifting trance but my best nights lately were Corvin Dalek and Halliwell, and Kerry @GK rocked my boat big style.

well, i would say everyone thinks the same, a range of different styles throughout the night makes it perfect.... proggy, then hard then trancey...or proggy, then trancey then hard.......

depends on how u guys class prog. Dalek isnt really prog in my opinion however Papa is!

me finx promise needs all of these. every nite when there's been all these musics i've had a great nite, personally i think you should start with prog. then go onto trance and then into hard trance to end the nite. nd when corvin and picotto do there type of sets its a bonus

my bests nites at promise have been matt hardwick when he played instead of pvd and then last week with lord eddie, n deffo think promise is at its best when its stuff like this thats on...however i wasnt at the last dalek nite so i didnt see what it was like!
