Thats cause they've been part cooked already. So when you cook it your basically reheating it. So you can't do it again

its not and its not, trust me i used to be a chef, and we did it day in day out, not to mention every pizza place in the world cooks there chicken beforehand, and reheats it when it is being cooked on the pizza.

    Who told you this?

i also said reheat chicken if you nike it....when you cook pizza you cook it at high temps so it'll kill any bacteria on the chicken :D

but the chicken on the top doesn't get any hotter than cooking normally.

Also most deli's reheat the chicken on there warm chicken sandwiches, how do you explain that?

    Leftovers
If you have cooked food that you aren't going to eat straight away, cool it as quickly as possible (ideally within one to two hours) and then store it in the fridge. Don't keep leftovers for longer than two days.

When you reheat food, make sure that it's piping hot all the way through. If the food is only warm it might not be safe to eat. Don't reheat food more than once.

    :p

tbf though most people probably don't cool the food down quick enough and get it in the fridge, thats whats most peoples problem is.

I always thought you couldn't reheat chicken once it's been cooked. Everything else I thought was OK but not chicken for some reason. I want to cook chicken on a night and then take it into work to make some wraps with it but just a bit wary. Sounds like it's OK from what people have said though so may risk it tomorrow and if I get ill I will lay all responsibility on Alex :p
