    its fine natalie just make sure after you've cooked it, you cool in down quick like within an hour and get it in the fridge, straight away.

    and you can hold me responsible if you get ill. Because i do it all the time and i never get ill.

    In fact most restuarants, pubs, whetherspoons places like that will cook chicken and meat earlier in the day and reheat when someone orders it, just to make service quicker.
