    i've got an AMD operteron Quad running in my desktop machine, its fucking lightning, and an intel Dualcore 2G running in this laptop, but since i'm running vista, no real comparison can be drawn. until i get rid of this shitty, shitty operating system.

    and the second one looks the better machine IMO :)

    Whats the point of getting a Mac when I can get a PC (that can run OSX - the only real selling point of a Mac these days) with better specs for £1000 cheaper :lol:

    your right osx is a massive selling point..
    for me its the build of them though and the fact that the OS has been designed with the machine in mind and vice versa..clearly reduced problems.
