get it right, I read left-wing stuff cos I'm a left winger not the other way round. The default in this country is to be a right winger and believe what the rags tell you, socialists are free thinkers :king:

Anyone not well off & voting Tory is a retard :dunce:

Maggie's greatest victory was convincing the working classes that the class struggle no longer exists

mate u gotta be having a laugh or is ur memory going in your old age!!!:D

lib dem for me... I think instead of being lazy as fuk the lib's should get their votes in, we all know the problem with the lib dems, if the part and the voters had a bit more conviction it would make for a sound political party.

How come everyone says that Lib Dems have no chance of winning? OK maybe not this General Election but I think the next one or the one after we'll make it!

A LOT of young people like the Lib Dems, with Charles Kennedy being a lot more "open" than the other leaders. I for one will be voting for them, and I hope that all these "passionate liberals" as Spence so kindly calls them get off their arses and vote for them too.

"There's no point in voting liberal democrats 'cos they'll never win" - Well no, they won't, if everyone keeps saying things like that and not voting for them!! It's just the same as when people say "There's no point in throwing my litter in a bin because it won't make a difference, everyone else will still throw litter on the ground"

    VOTE LIB DEM! :D :groovy:

    Thatcherism:

Reveolves around the free market and entrepreneurialism... a so called classless system
The government is a medium for monetary control not nationalised industries.
Thatcher kissed american ass and supported their arms race.
Thatcher went to war with argentina because some scrap merchants put a flag on an island.
Thatcher is the main reason both the US and UK attacked Iraq the first time round.
Thatcher fucked around with taxes pissing off the masses.

All of this rings true to blairism... could someone explain the difference?

Yeah, I was just taking the piss! :D Course I can bother, last year I did and I will this year. My parents never do and they've got a car and can drive, I can't drive so have to walk to the polling station (all those 10mins) but I will!

And I know I've looked back and it does seem that a lot are saying they probably won't vote, but that's why in my post I said I hope they do! Or they better do!

I see where your coming the is no disputing the fact that labour are much more right wing these days!!!

But at the end of the day I would rather a labour government to a conservative one who are the real religious disciples of thatcherism!!!!
