But... what if a couple falls out and the lass cries rape? The DNA's there to 'prove' it. Chop his balls off or not?

There are many women who cry rape too easily, mainly when having been drunk. There does seem to be two kinds. One, the violent kind that most are refering to which is obviously horrific and the kind where drunk women pretend the next day they didn't want to do it. Then just because they feel they've lost a little pride by shagging an ugly bloke they cry wolf to their mates with no regard to the impact on the blokes life. Even when untrue, rumour mills are lethal things.

This has just reminded me... Went to the cinema last night, and there was an advert warning people of unlicensed minicabs. Started off showing a group of women heading out on the town, then a few shots of them in bars drinking/dancing etc. Then they came out of a club, and a guy waiting with a car asked if they wanted a minicab. At this point the music turned all weird and scary, and three of the women started dragging one of their friends towards the car, with the friend screaming. The camera then switched to this friend lying on the floor screaming, with the camera kind of thrusting at her in a 'rapist's-eye-view' style.

The tag line was something like 'If you let your friends take unlicensed cabs, you are allowing them to be potential rape victims'. I thought it was all a bit much, scared the shit out of me. I'd only gone to see Harry Potter!! Probably wasn't the most appropriate advert for that kind of audience!

Not very appropriate... but its a growing risk at the mo..
I know loads women who in that situation would just get an unlicensed cab.. hopefully this will get the message across..

did you hear that Lord Fulford bloke on Richard and Judy?

he said similar, that any woman who wore revealing clothes or short skirts etc deserved men leering them and nasty comments!

what a knob end he is.

rape is one of the most disgusting things that could possibly happen.

why should women who are raped get any kind of blame? Does anyone think that women are looking to be raped? Aye, im sure I would love it to happen.

    Bad crack like.

Its like saying people who carry bags should get the blame for a mugging?! Or children should get the blame for being sexually abused?

    What a pile of shit.

no lass however flirtacious or slutty they may act deserves a raping.

lasses who use rape as a ploy to get money or incriminate are fucking evil to and deserve locking away aswell

rapists should get atleast 15 years hard time, paedos should get atleast 25.

Im sure there are more aspects to it than the 2 you've mentioned but its equally as shocking if girls pretend they've been raped because they made a drunken mistake and very unfair on the person they say this about

i got told a different story today and i was saying that this was about right....UNTIL I READ THE PROPER STORY!!!!! There was an old woman on the news saying that if a woman goes out dressed in next to nothing then the man cant be held entirely responsible

however i do think that women (including myself) need a good fucking slap for putting themselves in a position which leaves them wide open for shit like this to happen......maybe rape wouldnt be such a big problem today if the opportunities werent there too be had......

please dont kick off, i am not saying in all cases, i am merely pointing out that us as women should be more careful to start with.......if u get pissed and start to consider that just this once it will be ok to walk home or mortal drunk and think your getting in a taxi bla bla bla, d'ya get me?

i agree that some women may put themselves in a position where they are more likely to be at risk... getting too pissed, not guarding drink, being alone, clothing etc... but in no way does that excuse the crime and make any excuse for the perpetrators. we all put ourselves at risk everyday, this is no different.

that is a fucking shocking survey...NO ONE DESERVES TO GET RAPED no matter how they are dressed, how drunk or if they flirt...

THAT IS A FUCKING DISGRACE & I'M SURE THE FUCKING CUNTS WHO SAID IT WAS THE WOMANS FAULT WOULD CHANGE THEIR MIND IF IT HAPPENED TO THEM OR SOMEONE THEY KNEW

The survey doesn't say they deserve it. It doesn't even say it's their fault. Just says that they may be partially responsible.

I think i agree. If you take away the emotion involved in rape (which admittedly is hard, if not impossible) and compare it to say mugging for example: If i was walking along a dark alley somewhere with my ipod on, mobile phone in my hand, and wallet sticking out my pocket, everyone would say i was partially responsible if i got mugged. So why can't the same be applied to rape?

The sad fact is there's men out there prepared to rape, so should women not act more responsibly? I guess it also depends a lot on exactly how revealing the clothing, where they wear it etc.
