i kept loadsa holidays, so i can pretty much choose when i work up until february..

before i went to uni, i had to work xmas day, i didnt mind it that much tbh, was a rite laugh...the rents hated it tho! xx

I've got my last shift at work tomorrow, cant wait! They were well pissed off when I told them I wasn't working next weekend cos I was going home

how lucky!!

im at uni till the 17th, but wont be up home till the 21st/22nd cos i have to work that weekend!

then, i have to be back at uni, ready to teach on the 5th, for 3months!
over xmas, ive gotta do all my medium term planning and 4 assignments! dont even think im gonna have an xmas!

Damn students and their long holidays..

Though I do get a decent break over Christmas. Half day on Christmas Eve and off until after New Year....

I'm working 12-3 then 7-12 on xmas day......but dont mind, just gonna have a good drink at work instead....saves money....which means i might be able to put in an appearance on boxing day!

I had to work last christmas day - didn't get any extra pay either. Was working in a homeless hostel though so I didn't mind that much.

I have never worked over xmas!

I break up next Friday 17th, till Tuesday 4th! Quality!

I go back to work on Tuesday and dont finish until the 28th!

not too worried though, i get 6 months holiday a year

call me insane.........

but i would rather work xmas day and nye, i aint got the money to do anything, and so long as im ot the 26th, 27 and 1st i dont care, i live for promise!!! ( and i aint been to gatecrasher b4)

xmas was mint when i was little but now all i get are sox, so there is no magic anymore,

maybe i should go out and have some sproggs, than maybe xmas will be special again??????........

(need a GF first though lol!!!!)

I'm off Xmas eve till the 29th and then off from the 31st till the 5th

we only close for 3 days a year

I'm going to try and get some temping work for xmas day and NYE, could do with the cash.

Worked xmas day three times before, once as assistant manager at my pub on behalf of the manager, the year after as manager of that pub, and the year after running a mates bar. Didn't mind at all, was a good crack all three times, apart from the fact I was stuck in shitey Brum.

Personally, id work xmas day for a decent premium. Double time perhaps
