You are what you eat

    Breakfast:-

    Somewhere in between a cup of tea, (1 sugar, lots of milk) and 4 slices of wholemeal toast with butter and martmite.

    Mid Morning Snack:-

    depending weather or not i'm in the house, a packet of crisps and a banana, or a cheese and bacon wrap from greggs.

    Lunch:-

    If i'm in town, I'll go somewhere for a salad or sandwich, if i'm at home, i'll generally have a tin of soup with bread or some poaced eggs on toast.

    Dinner:-

    If i'm cooking, a casserole, Chicken in sauce with 3 veg, curry, fishfingers chips and peas or spaghetti. If he's cooking, some sort of pasta dish. If we're going out, normally baked potato salad and cold meats.

    Supper:-

    If we go out, shared pizza, kebab, burger etc. If we're not out, a sandwich, some chicken nuggets and potato wedges, those chigago town pizzas or cheese and crackers.

    All washed down with a heathly bottle of wine or 3/4 cans.

    I very rarely have brekkie. I find Im hungrier earlier than usual if I do :spangled: How does that work??

    I hate not having breakfast - I'm not keen on eating loads in the morning but always have much more energy during the day if I've had breakfast.

    I find that too, I don't understand it like. I always WANT food as well, even if I know I am not hungry, I just wanna eat it :spangled:

    how come some people seem to eat loads and stay skinny???

    i hardly eat fuck all through the week, tho do normally eat/drink loads of shit on a weekend :oops: :p

    I'm well greedy as well like, but can stuff my face as much as I want and not change size at all, it's great :D one day I will be a big fat slob though :cry:

    Because it gets your digestive system going straight away! Having breakfast when on a diet is very important for that point, helps you use more calories up!


    Breakfast - 2 weetabix if I've got time.

    First Break - Tin of pineapple normally.

    Dinner - Soup or a tin of tuna/salmon with a couple of pieces of brown bread and 2 bolied eggs. Tin of fruit.

    Last Break - Banana + apple.

    Tea - Some sort of meat dinner with rice/potatoe + veg

    Supper - Ice pops:D

    All washed down with about 2 litres of juice

    Weekends have a couple ot takeaways and crisps:oops:
