The Wag in 1988. No idea who was on, but think Mark Moore played there in those days. Time to collect my pension!

586 / daly where do you work, if it werent for howie playinG at the rezerection and doing the best show that ever aired- wear fm blAckout session we wouldnt be running nights. we quite fancied the idea of him doing an old skool set (proper old skool) in one of our backrooms some time but I heard he plays drum and base now (at least that whats smurf says) u sure we got the same howie: used to be resident at REZ in 1991: his banter on the radio was the funiest thing I ever heard, when we did the CNE show on NSR the anchor banter was self styled on said man and his partner in crime SLP- if it is the self same tell him he may be gone but hew aint forgotton:)

586! AS HOCKING WHO IT IS!
Ask howie if he fancies doing an old skool retro set sometime, he can even throw someof his own drum and base in
I'm still laughing at the time SLP turned up on Byker Grove.

Anyone ever here from Smokey Joe "crimewatch in your area"

he was supposed to be sorting them out in 1992 tho,#

I wouldnt mind looking in his box . I should cobble together a howie blackout tribute cd with all his classic banter, got them all in the house loads of them: where he is bigging up the prodigy macdonalds , cans of lilt and mcvitie chocolate biscuits and telling everyone he got 6 points on his licence and asking them what he wins for that...the fluffy truncheon warmer ...priceless stuff:lol:
